Site Last Updated September 26, 2007

~Welcome to BodyofHope! This interactive site exists for survivors, families & care-takers affected by chronic pain.  BodyofHope encourages individuals to volunteer thier personal stories and coping strategies to help others manage each day. If you have noticed, the internet offers plently of disturbing, frightening &  often exaggerated information on pain disorders; yet the web lacks uplifting, encouraging sites on how to get through our pain. It is imperative that we expose one another to the empowering, sustaining HOPE that can renew the broken pieces of our lives and rescue us from our despiration that chronic illness has forced upon us.    If you are petrified of tomorrow, allow others like yourself to share the individual tools we depend upon for daily strength. Together, we can lift one another up in the midst of suffering and exist as a voice for the unspeakable wounds that so many are forced to bear. BodyofHope applauds the strength of the survivors who battle pain daily.~

PS: Check out new articles on the "Headlines" page. See Jim's special story @ "Our Stories" .   See where you can link to CHAT LIVE with other pain survivors on the new "Good Stuff!" page.

***Don't forget, this site is made up of YOUR submissions, so we hope you will send in something personal that might remind someone else that they are not alone.
