Mission: To Promote awareness and funding to find a cure to pain (with the idea that when you find a cure to one pain disease, it will help toward finding a cure to many others). By joining together different pain groups we are uniting resources to become stronger. This is more than just a charity fundraiser it is a humanitarian movement. The ALS and motor neuron groups are raising millions of dollars each year. Now its about time we paid attention to the small fiber and sensory neurons that evoke pain. What could be more important than finding a cure to pain?
This cause is the most pivotal moment of our time. With your generous support to this worthy cause, we will make an imprint on life that will last in infamy. Joined together we will make a difference, and our lives will have great meaning. ~New Celebrity article and photos on our 'Headlines' page!!!~
We are rooting for you! Melody Pinion is my sister and is a huge advocate for RSD awareness, and awareness for other disabilities affecting young people. Her main focus is helping children cope through the arts. After years of campaigning and hard work, she has is spending the week of July 4th competing in "Miss South Carolina." Although her main purpose is to spread awarenss for her platform, if she wins, she will compete in the upcoming Miss America Pageant. She says that she is not the "typical pageant girl", but she does this to spread her message. She has helped put this site together to reach out to others in pain; So much of my strength comes from her support. I wanted to post this in honor of her hard work and exciting opportunity this week. GO MELODY! -Love Mary

Update: Melody performed her Opera peice beautifully and looked toned and fit in her swimsuit. Melody was a strong competitor next to the 50 other girls. She completed the pageant placing in the final top 15 and we are all so very proud of her. She continues to serve Liberty South Carolina as she holds the crown as "Miss Liberty". She continues to advocate for disabled children, people with RSD and those coping with Dyslexia. She works hard in hot pursuit of her dreams of being a professional performer on Broadway. Remember Melody Pinion--one day, you will see her name in lights.
